Cancellation policy

Gyan TV provides two payment options: one-time payments and subscriptions. Once a payment is made, it cannot be cancelled. However, we offer a 24 hours money-back guarantee for customers who are dissatisfied with the service or offerings.

To request a cancellation under the 24 hours money-back guarantee, you must contact us within 24 hours of payment. Please include the phone number you used to sign up on the Gyan TV platform.

For subscriptions, cancellations can be made directly through the platform where the payment was initiated. Generally, the cancellation option is located in the ‘Payments and Subscriptions’ section of the respective payment method. Please note that canceling a subscription will stop future billing cycles, but the current subscription period will remain active until its end.

Payments made using referral codes are non-refundable, regardless of the time elapsed since the transaction.

Once you contact customer care, a response will be provided within 8-15 business days. Our team will review the issue and, at their discretion, approve a refund if applicable. If approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 8-15 business days.

Please be aware that delays in refund processing may occur due to banking procedures. If you do not receive the refund after 8-15 business days, contact us, providing your registered phone number.
