Cancellation and Refund Policy

Welcome to GyanTV, a platform owned and operated by Behtar Technology Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) with office address at 1501, 19th Main Rd., Sector 1, HSR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560102. These Cancellation & Refund Policy govern your access to and use of the GyanTV App, Website, and related Services.

We may update, modify, or revise these Terms from time to time. Any material changes to these Terms shall be communicated through the App, Website, or via email notification. Your continued use of the Services following such changes shall constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Right to Cancel

You may cancel your GyanTV subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you shall continue to have access to the Services and Content until the expiry of the then-current billing period. You may cancel the GyanTV subscription by going to Profile tab → Click on GyanTV+ subscription → Edit → Cancel subscription → Confirm.

2. Effect of Cancellation

Unless otherwise required under applicable law, cancellation of the subscription shall take effect only at the end of the current billing cycle, following which your account and access to the Services shall automatically terminate.

3. Non-Refundability

Except as expressly provided herein or as required under applicable law, all subscription fees paid are non-refundable. GyanTV shall not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for partially used subscription periods or unused Services.

4. Limited Refund Eligibility

Notwithstanding the foregoing, a subscriber who is not satisfied with the Services may request cancellation and a refund within seventy-two (72) hours from the time the applicable subscription fee was successfully charged or deducted. Refund requests submitted after the expiry of the aforesaid seventy-two (72) hour period shall not be eligible for any refund.

5. Refund Processing

Any approved refund shall be processed in accordance with GyanTV's and applicable payment partner procedures, and may take a reasonable period of time to reflect in the subscriber's original mode of payment.
