Welcome to the GyanTV Rewards Programme (hereinafter referred to as "Programme"). These Terms and Conditions ("Rules") govern all current and future reward-earning activities available on the GyanTV platform. GyanTV is an educational and entertainment platform owned and operated by Behtar Technology Private Limited (“Company”, “platform”, “we”, “us”), which allows Users to access content and services available on the platform for learning and educational purposes. By participating in the Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Rules set out herein.

If a specific reward activity or mission includes additional rules that differ from those listed here, the specific activity rules shall take priority over these general Rules. 

The Platform may modify or adjust these Rules within applicable legal limits. Any updates will take effect once posted on the Programme Rules page within the GyanTV app. Continued participation in the Programme after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Rules. If you do not agree with any changes, please discontinue participation.

The GyanTV User Agreement and Privacy Policy apply to this Programme. If any section of these Rules conflicts with the User Agreement, these Programme Rules shall take priority. Matters not addressed herein shall be governed by the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

1. Definition:

   1. "Platform" means the GyanTV application and all related services operated by Behtar Technology Private Limited.

   2. "User" means any individual who has registered and uses the GyanTV platform.

   3. "Programme" means the GyanTV Rewards Programme including all earning activities such as video watching, daily quizzes, and leaderboard competitions.

   4. "Coins" means the virtual reward currency earned through participation in the Programme. Coins have no monetary value unless explicitly converted under the withdrawal conditions set out herein.

   5. "Mission" means any individual earning activity or task available to Users within the Programme.

   6. "Quiz" means the daily knowledge-based earning activity forming part of the Programme.

   7. "Subscription" means an active, paid subscription to GyanTV services.

2. Programme Eligibility

   1. The Programme is open to GyanTV users who are residents of India.

   2. Participation is strictly restricted to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or above as of the date of participation. Any participation by a minor shall be null and void. If a minor participates using a parent or guardian's account, the parent or guardian shall bear full responsibility for all consequences. The Platform bears no liability for misrepresentation of age.

   3. Users must have an active GyanTV account in good standing.

   4. Due to device restrictions, client version limitations, or other technical constraints, some users may not be eligible for all Programme features.

   5. Due to applicable local laws and regulations, Users residing in or accessing the Programme from the following Indian states are not eligible to participate in cash withdrawal activities: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland and Sikkim.

The Platform reserves the right to expand or modify this list in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory guidance.

3. Programme Duration

The Programme shall operate during such periods as announced by the Platform from time to time. The Platform reserves the right to pause, modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice. 

4. Earning Activities

1. Daily quiz

The Quiz is a standalone earning activity available to all eligible Users.

1. Access and Availability

• The Quiz is accessible via a dedicated "Earn" or "Quiz" tab in the Platform's bottom navigation.

• The Quiz is only accessible and active during the daily availability window, which is configurable per quiz level. 

• Users may attempt quizzes immediately upon login, without needing to watch videos first.

• The quiz is only accessible and active daily from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST. This should be configurable per quiz level i.e each quiz can be conducted at any timings.

2. Quiz Structure

• Each Quiz consists of 10 Multiple Choice Questions with 4 answer options (the number of questions is configurable).

• Each Quiz has a total time limit of 10 minutes (configurable per quiz level).

• Questions are unique and uploaded by GyanTV's team to ensure zero predictability or repetition.

• Correct and incorrect answers will not be shown immediately after each question. A summary of correct, wrong, and skipped responses is shown only after the Quiz is completed or submitted.

• Each Quiz may only be attempted once per User per day.

3. Submission and Abandonment Rules

• Users must click "Submit Quiz" to formally end their session and record their answers.

• If a User manually exits the Quiz (e.g., by pressing the back button) and confirms exit on the warning modal, the attempt is consumed. Coins will be awarded for all correct answers marked up to that point.

• If the timer expires before the User submits, the Quiz is automatically submitted with all answers provided up to that point.

• An Exit Confirmation Modal will be shown with the warning: "If you leave now, your quiz will be submitted with your answers so far and your daily attempt will be used."

• Once a Quiz is completed or attempted, its call-to-action will display as "Attempted" rather than "Start Now."

4. Quiz Reward Logic

• Coins are awarded to all participants upon submission, regardless of the reason for submission.

• Correct Answer Value: +10 Coins per correct answer (configurable).

• Maximum Coins per Quiz: 100 Coins (based on 10 questions at 10 Coins each).

• No Coins are awarded for wrong or skipped answers.

5. Leaderboards

   1. Leaderboard Structure

Leaderboards drive competitive engagement and are updated in real-time based on Quiz participation. The following leaderboards are available:

• Daily Leaderboard: Rankings based on performance in the daily Quiz.

• Weekly Leaderboard: Cumulative rankings based on daily Quiz performance over the week.

• Monthly Leaderboard: Cumulative rankings based on daily Quiz performance over the month.

2. Tie-Breaking Logic

Where multiple Users have the same number of Coins, rankings shall be determined by the total time taken to submit the Quiz, the faster the submission, the higher the rank.

3. Leader Board Rewards

Bonus Coins are awarded to top-ranking Users as follows:

• Daily Leaderboard- Rank 1 to 3: 10,000 Coins bonus (equivalent to ₹100) each.

• Weekly Leaderboard- Rank 1 to 10: 1,00,000 Coins bonus (equivalent to ₹1,000) each.

• Monthly Leaderboard- Rank 1 to 3: 10,00,000 Coins bonus (equivalent to ₹10,000) each.

Leaderboard rankings and rewards are subject to verification. The Platform reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus Coins if fraudulent activity is detected.

6. Withdrawal

   1. Coin Balance Display

Users may view their current Coin balance and withdrawal eligibility status via the wallet section, accessible from the Quiz or Leaderboard screens. The display will show:

• Total Coins: Current balance.

• Withdrawal Goal: Indication of how many more Coins are required to reach the minimum withdrawal threshold.

2. Minimum Withdrawal Threshold

• A minimum balance of ₹100 (equivalent to 10,000 Coins) is required to initiate a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals below this threshold shall not be processed, and no partial disbursement shall be made.

• The Platform reserves the right to revise the minimum withdrawal threshold upon prior notice to Users.

3. Subscription Requirement and Trial Lock

• Users must hold an active paid Subscription to be eligible to withdraw.

• Withdrawals are locked for the first 4 days following the commencement of a subscription (covering the 3-day trial period plus a 24-hour refund window).

• If a User cancels autopay, cancels their subscription, or claims a refund during the trial or refund window, they permanently forfeit their withdrawal eligibility for that subscription period and any Coins earned during that period.

• Forfeited eligibility: The withdrawal call-to-action will display a message: "You are not eligible to withdraw."

• Display Criteria for Withdrawal: (1) Active subscription; (2) Minimum balance of 10,000 Coins; (3) Completion of the 4-day security period.

4. Withdrawal payout

Withdrawal payouts are open weekly from Friday 00:00 to Friday 24:00 (IST). The payouts for the Users’ withdrawal requests will take place during this window. Upon approval, funds will be transferred to the User's designated payout account within 5 to 7 business days.

5. KYC and Withdrawal Process

To initiate a withdrawal, Users must complete the following KYC verification steps:

1. Enter Full Name as per PAN Card and PAN Card Number.

2. Enter a valid UPI ID for payment.

3. Submit the request. Upon submission, 10,000 Coins will be deducted from the User's balance as per these Rules.

4. The Platform will verify PAN details, calculate applicable TDS, and process the payout manually. Processing timelines are 5 to 7 business days from approval.

Users must ensure their payout information is accurate. Incorrect information may cause withdrawals to fail. The Platform is not responsible for failed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate information provided by Users.

7. Compliance

   1. PAN Card: Mandatory for all withdrawal requests, for identity verification and TDS filing purposes under applicable Indian tax laws.

   2. Legal Name: The name provided must match the PAN Card and the registered UPI account name exactly.

   3. TDS: Tax Deducted at Source will be calculated and deducted from payout amounts in accordance with applicable Indian tax laws. Users are responsible for their own tax obligations.

   4. Users in restricted states (listed in Section 2.2) are ineligible for cash withdrawals.

8. Fair Play Policy

GyanTV is committed to maintaining the integrity of the Programme. Cheating and fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Using plugins, bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete Missions or Quizzes.

• Operating multiple accounts.

• Data tampering or fake transactions.

• Interfering with platform operations.

• Publicly soliciting unknown internet users to assist in completing Missions.

• Sharing or using answers to Quiz questions in advance.

Accounts sharing the same login, phone number, email, withdrawal account, or other identity-linked information may be treated as a single User for the purposes of reward allocation.

If fraudulent activity is detected, the Platform may, without prior notice, suspend or permanently terminate the User's account, revoke all accrued Coins and rewards, and pursue further legal action. Users are responsible for any losses caused to the Platform.

9. Prohibited Behaviour

   1. Diamonds and Coins cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, or used for gambling or illegal activities.

   2. Rewards and benefits obtained from the Programme cannot be transferred to another person unless the Platform provides written permission.

   3. Users may not impersonate GyanTV or the Company, or operate unofficial channels that could mislead other Users.

10. . Disclaimer & Platform Liability

The Platform operates the Programme in accordance with applicable laws. The Platform shall not be liable for:

• System errors, attacks, or manipulation by third parties that cause reward errors or prevent Users from completing Missions.

• Participation failures caused by User device issues, regional network problems, telecom provider failures, or malfunctioning third-party services.

• Losses arising from force majeure events, including major cyberattacks, system failures, government policy changes, natural disasters, or epidemics.

• Losses caused by third parties impersonating GyanTV or the Company. Users are encouraged to participate only via the official GyanTV app.

• Failure by Users to receive rewards due to incorrect participation, misuse, or failure to claim within the applicable window. Such rewards are considered voluntarily forfeited.

If force majeure or major changes in circumstances make the Programme impossible to continue, the Platform may adjust, suspend, or cancel the Programme in accordance with applicable laws.

11. . Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Rules, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, the parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of written notice.

12. . Grievance Redressal 

In accordance with the applicable laws, the Platform has designated a Grievance Redressal Officer to address user complaints and concerns:
