Get help quickly. Track it easily. Stay informed.

The Help & Support feature allows you to report issues, request refunds, and track updates — all directly inside the app. No emails. No waiting blindly. Everything is transparent and easy to access.

What you can do

Facing a problem?

In the GyanTV app, go to Profile → Help & Support and choose what you need help with:

  • Manage subscription

  • Cancel auto-pay

  • Request a refund

  • Report other issues

You can:

  • Select a reason

  • Add a short description

  • Upload a screenshot (optional)

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation and your ticket will be created instantly.

Refund requests made simple

If your payment is eligible for a refund, the app will clearly show it.

For eligible cases, refunds may be processed automatically — saving you time and reducing back-and-forth communication.

For older payments, you can still raise a request. The support team will review and update you.

Everything stays transparent — you always know what’s happening.

Track your tickets

Inside Help & Support → My Tickets, you can:

  • See all your Open and Closed tickets

  • View detailed updates

  • Check responses from the support team

  • See refund status (if applicable)

You’ll receive push notifications whenever there’s an update on your ticket.

No need to keep checking manually.

Stay in control

For open tickets, you can:

  • Review the status anytime

  • Close the ticket if your issue is resolved

  • Reopen it within a limited time (if needed)

This ensures clarity and avoids unresolved issues.
